Commercial PropertyRealty Times Hires San Diego Anchor For Showcase Of Homes Rollout
To launch its nationwide television show for Realtors" listings, Realty Times has searched for the perfect host who can combine broadcast journalism and real estate experience with personal charisma and flair.
"We"ve found that person in San Diego television personality Phoebe Chongchua," says Jody Lane, CEO of Realty Times. "She"s energetic and enthusiastic, and I believe as host of "Showcase of Homes, she will help ignite our show.""
A 20-year veteran of television and radio journalism, Chongchua is an award-winning newscaster, reporter and on-air personality. She currently hosts "Keep Fit With Phoebe," a fitness show for KGTV-San Diego, channel 10, where she also served as a newsroom anchor and reporter for nearly 15 years.
Chongchua also brings additional experience - she is a licensed Realtor.
"Phoebe understands what homebuyers and sellers are interested in," says John Giaimo, vice president of business development for Realty Times. "She brings an authority to the topic of real estate because of her unique professional background."

The Realty Times Showcase of Homes is a one-hour show featuring national real estate news and advice from Realty Times aired at two-minute intervals. Each show allows up to 30 or 40 homes to be showcased for about 80 seconds of airtime per home. In addition, the show will promote Realty Times" exclusive online marketing opportunity for Realtors - Market Conditions Reports, in which agents report local buying and selling conditions in their market.
All listings on the show will feature a listing video with voice-over and narration for the Showcase "tour," which will be shown for four consecutive weeks. The videos will also be featured on the Realty Times" Website, www.realtytimes.com, for the life of the listing. Agents can also add the Showcase link to their own Websites and to their MLS marketing at no extra cost.
"The Realty Times Showcase of Homes" is broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays in select markets.
