iLumin Gets New President/CEO

iLumin Corporation, a provider of infrastructure technology for automating legally binding business transactions over the Internet, announced today the appointment of Steven Schneider as president and chief executive officer. Schneider will work closely with D. Brent Israelsen, the company"s former president and CEO and continuing chairman, and will oversee the development and execution of the company"s strategic direction as well as the company"s day-to-day operations. He will be based out of iLumin"s Washington D.C. office. Israelsen will continue to be based out of iLumin"s Orem, Utah office.
